Why These Terms Matter

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the 3vip platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 3vip.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 3vip. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. Password and Access Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 3vip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your password. • Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

In all cases, 3vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3vip account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
